Money things

Full prepayment will be through paypal and is required after the sketch phase, and after this point there will be no availability for refunds or negotiations.I’ll only start the preliminary sketch after chatting with you and agreeing on all the details, so don’t feel rushed - we will discuss what you’re looking for and ensure I have all the necessary info before moving on.Before you pay and before I begin drawing, I will ask you to confirm all the terms of each commission piece so all sides are informed.During the preliminary sketch phase, you will be offered an opportunity to request small changes (pose, etc), but any major changes after that point will incur a fee of €10 per amendment.Prices may change at any time (but I will telegraph this here and on my instagram) depending on demand.All commissions come with commercial licensing so that you can use the art however and wherever you’d like. I’d appreciate if you tagged me on instagram however at @katkraehenauthor !

Full body - €150

(Rates may vary depending on certain factors such as if one character is pictured from the waist-up and the other is full-body, etc; just ask me!)Backgrounds
All commissions come with a transparent background and/or simple gradient background.For more intricate backgrounds (such as scenery, furniture, etc), this will incur an additional fee. This will usually be between €20-€50, but may be higher depending on complexity. Again, just ask and we'll see what we can do :)

Availability

As I am a one-guy army who has a debut book coming out in 2026, is writing another book, has other art projects, and also works full time, I will only open a handful of commission slots at a time.If I have no slots left by the time you contact me, I will put you on a waiting list for the next time I have availability.Reach out to me via instagram (@katkraehenauthor) or through my author email, [email protected], to enquire about availability.
